"We recently had a septic alarm go off on our basement and one of the employees named Eric was so conscientious. He came the following day. Our tank was clogged. He fixed it and he allowed me to text him in the evening prior to coming and got right back to me. I was so impressed of the good Customer Service I received from him. Bob He asked me to send pictures of the tank and was so concerned that maybe something else was going on his Follow through was impressive!!"
